How do I get the questions for each study?

On the individual study page click on the link to the question sheet to the left of the  word document icon. The question sheets are in Microsoft Word 97-2003 format. If you don’t have Microsoft Word installed on your computer you can download and install a free Word Document Reader from the Microsoft website by clicking:  DOWNLOAD FREE WORD VIEWER

How do I play the Lesson audio straight from the website?

Simply click on the play button to begin listening to the audio.  You can pause the audio at any time by clicking on the pause button.  To rewind or fast forward, simply hover your mouse over the blue bar (which turns orange as the audio progresses) and drag it backwards or forwards.   The volume can be adjusted by dragging the grey bar (next to the speaker icon on the right) backwards and forwards.  You can also mute and unmute the audio, by clicking on the speaker icon.  Of course you will need speakers and a sound card in your PC  for this to work.

How do I download the Lesson onto my computer?

Click on the “Download as MP3″ link under the study you want. This will normally bring up a dialog box on your computer asking if you want to save the file. However many people have a Quicktime plugin loaded in their browser. Unfortunately this overwrites the save behaviour and plays the file itself. Here’s a link to an article detailing how to remove it:
