   With faith and boldness the apostles proclaimed the message of Jesus Christ. But the Christian gospel could not be contained in the “old wineskins” of Judaism and the Law.
   The risen Christ revealed Himself to one of the greatest adherents of Judaism – Saul of Tarsus – and transformed him into the greatest missionary of the gospel of grace. The old wineskins were irreparably torn, and they were Gentiles and not Jews who gladly welcomed the “new wine”.
