Those who belong to Jesus Christ through faith are not “at home” in this world, but are passing through to an eternal home.
At the Last Supper, Jesus promised His disciples that although He was going away, He would prepare a place for them in His Father’s house – in heaven.
He promised to return and take them to be with Him there.
Whether it is at the time of one’s death, or for those still alive at the time of the Rapture, that promise is for every person who belongs to Him through faith.
