   In Noah’s day, the world had become full of wickedness and violence. Evil had so contaminated the human race that it was beyond redemption. Only a world-wide judgment of God could purge such evil.
   God saved the one righteous man, Noah, and his family, bringing them through the earth-wide Flood, to a new beginning.
   Jesus warned that the state of the world in the last days would become as evil as the pre-Flood era. Only those with faith in Him will be saved from the greatest judgment to be poured out on the earth.
